Responsibilities
Own end-to-end strategy and product creation for Nike’s heritage icons
Architect compelling product journeys blending seasonal drops and storytelling
Activate global storytelling through marketplace segmentation and distribution
Partner across functions to ensure executional excellence and cultural relevance
Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team of product managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
15+ years of experience in product management or related fields
Demonstrated success in leading and empowering high‑impact teams
Proven ability to lead global strategies for iconic brands
Strong cross-functional leadership and team development skills
Expertise in marketplace segmentation and consumer journey mapping
Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
