Responsibilities
Build and lead the DI/LTC brokerage business, including recruiting, training and supporting producers
Serve as the firm’s primary consultant on DI and LTC solutions, ensuring customized plan designs and best-in-class service
Drive production growth by equipping advisors with tools, insights, and strategies to strengthen client planning conversations
Deliver advisor training sessions on product mechanics, carrier positioning, and compliance practices
Maintain up-to-date expertise on product innovation, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
Partner with internal leadership to set strategy, track results, and expand distribution channels
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
5+ years of experience in insurance or financial services
Demonstrated success building advisor relationships and driving product adoption
Deep knowledge of DI and LTC products, riders, underwriting, and sales strategies
Proven ability to grow production and mentor advisors toward achieving revenue targets
Active Life & Health Insurance license required
Experience with carrier illustration software and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Preferred
Prior brokerage director or external wholesaler experience strongly preferred
CLTC®, CFP®, ChFC®, or RHU® designations preferred
