Responsibilities
Provide systems engineering, technical analysis and guidance to multiple stakeholders, external organizations and international partners
Identify deficiencies for Engineering Technical Reviews; develop courses of action and recommend mitigations for resolution
Lead Working Groups during the absence of Civilian or Military Chairs
Lead Technical Interchange Meetings across multiple technical disciplines and time-zones
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen
Must have at least a Master of Science in a STEM related field
Must have an active Top-Secret clearance
The candidate must have 12 or more years of related experience in Missile Defense or large Acquisition program
Demonstrated Experience in Aerospace Industry through large projects, Radars, Missiles, Rockets, Spacecraft, or Aircraft
Experience leading a collaborative team is required, including a dispersed team of Government, Contractors, and Prime Developers
Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience briefing CEO and/or General Officer level
Preferred
MDA Experience is desired
A fundamental understanding of Missile Defense program office activities is a plus
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience is desired
