Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with business unit stakeholders to stay aligned with their strategy
Strategize, plan and purchase multi-channel media to execute account-based marketing campaigns to elevate the Vicor brand in target markets
Develop nurture streams that increase engagement of our top accounts
Collaborate with regional offices to execute global and local marketing programs
Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI
Hands-on utilization of marketing tools such as Marketo, Tableau, Demandbase, SalesForce, SmartSheet, etc
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
Strategic thinker with the tactical skills to execute on ideas
Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in marketing
8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years' experience managing omnichannel campaigns
Strong track record of success in digital marketing, including ABM, SEM, social media, and marketing automation
Proven expertise analyzing and employing analytics to make strategic decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to communicate an easily understandable strategy and vision to all those executing on a campaign
Strong presentation skills, including to C-Suite
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, concurrent, cross-organizational projects
Analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Preferred
Experience in or exposure to B2C marketing techniques a plus
