InternDCS Corp is seeking an IT Summer Intern to work within their IT Department, providing real-life job experiences and mentorship. The intern will assist with Windows 10 upgrades, computer configurations for new hires, and troubleshoot hardware issues.

Responsibilities
Assist users with doing an in-place Windows 10 upgrade to the latest version
Completing computer configurations for new hires
Upgrading users laptop to remove laptops 5 years or older out of our environment
Set up New Hire's equipment
Troubleshoot and repair laptop and printer hardware issues
Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Must have 2 plus years of college experience
Applicants should have good customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment
Students must currently be enrolled in college courses
Preferred
Candidates with the following majors: Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity
