Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for computer vision, inspection, predictive analytics, NLP, or other AI-driven applications
Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions, integrating them into production systems
Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and tuning
Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML model training and deployment
Implement MLOps best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of ML models
Optimize model performance in terms of accuracy, speed, and scalability
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive business decisions
Develop statistical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a track record of deploying machine learning models in production
Strong proficiency in Python, and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks) and data pipeline development
Strong understanding of deep learning and computer vision
Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD workflows for AI/ML applications
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with data engineering
Familiarity with edge AI and IoT-driven machine learning solutions
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
Experience with generative AI models, transformers, or LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face)
