Responsibilities
Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of medical equipment evaluations and deployment for life-support systems
Act as the primary liaison between clinical nursing departments and technical teams to ensure project timelines are met without disrupting patient care
Perform detailed equipment evaluations and risk assessments to ensure all new installations meet hospital safety and performance standards
Document project progress, technical hurdles, and safety compliance. (Occasional remote flexibility is available for administrative report writing)
Provide subject matter expertise on the deployment of ventilators and patient monitoring systems
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience in Biomedical or Clinical Engineering (this is a senior-level role)
Proven experience working directly within a hospital setting, understanding the nuances of clinical workflows and patient safety
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale medical equipment deployments or infrastructure replacements
Specific experience with Life Support Equipment (Ventilators) and Patient Monitoring Systems
