Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Philanthropy Associate to provide high-level administrative and operational support within the Office of Philanthropy & Alumni at the University of Kentucky. This role involves ensuring efficient office functioning, managing communications, and supporting day-to-day operations and special projects.

Responsibilities

Directly support the office leadership including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Serve as the primary contact for visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries
Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
Assist with event and meeting coordination, logistics, and follow-up
Other duties as assigned

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred
