Responsibilities

Convert end‑user ideas into usable apps/tools (e.g., Python/SQL, low‑code, automation)
Set up and maintain Power BI workspaces, audiences, and data refreshes
Own Power BI report quality (functionality, layout, accuracy, performance)
Partner with data analysts to align designs and standards with org expectations
Produce custom graphics and assets for teams (decks, emails, logos, forms, swag)
Build intuitive user experiences for new and existing BI/reporting surfaces
Send monthly operational status updates to leadership & executive teams
Support digital/print design needs for Supply Network & Strategies teams

Qualification

Required

2+ years working on application projects (building apps/tools/automations)
2+ years coding on any platform (e.g., Python, SQL, etc.)
Bachelor's in a relevant field (IT, Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar)
Professional communication with stakeholders and supply chain leaders (e.g., Chief Supply Chain Officer, AVP of Supply Chain)
Ability to read and interpret contracts and apply rules before sign-off
Self-driven problem solver with a process-improvement mindset

Preferred

Experience in a healthcare environment
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or relevant PM/process certifications
