IT Infrastructure Senior Site Support Analyst

This role requires an experienced senior analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, including the ability to drive results and proactively identify and resolve problems
Managing incidents and requests in coordination with global IT service desk, utilizing ITIL foundational principles
This role is responsible for direct interaction with internal customers, including, but not limited to, investigating comprehensive business requirements and use cases and recommending appropriate solutions
This role requires you to drive results and proactively identify and resolve problems
Create and communicate decisions impacting the wider business, effectively managing customer expectations
Provide monthly management reporting on the status of all projects
Lead large infrastructure improvement projects, such as hardware/software installation or upgrades, migration to cloud services, OT and IoT network segmentation, or installation of new technology
Stays abreast of new Digital and IT technological innovation/processes and researches the usage at Parker
Network disaster recovery planning, documentation, training, and periodic testing per corporate requirements
Prepare budgets for various IT capital and expense initiatives
Manage endpoint lifecycle of on-site assets
Develop detailed task lists, timelines, and resource budgets to complete projects. Align resources to tasks to accomplish projects
Manage maintenance contracts and providers of outsourced services, deploy equipment, and recommend, plan, and oversee periodic equipment refresh
Develops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions
Evaluate unplanned requests and determine appropriate priority and action
Coordinates with company leadership to determine new technologies and enhancements for the company’s systems
Follow established safety and environmental policies, procedures, and methods applicable to the work area
Provide after-hour technical support as needed
Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed
Perform other duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or technology-related field of study
Must be a US Citizen or have US Permanent Resident Status
Project management skills, standards, methods, and techniques, required
Minimum 4 years of IT System and IT project management experience required
Demonstrated leadership
Strong business analysis experience and skillset
Demonstrated ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
Experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps
Strong consultative, advisory, negotiation, and facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communications
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong MS Visio skills
Strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in English language, including speaking, reading, and writing
Ability to apply innovative thinking toward problem resolution
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Strong written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, collaboratively, and in a team environment
Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting or standing
Ability to use hands and fingers for extended periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 pounds
