They are seeking a Salesforce Intern to gain hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, development, and support while contributing to various Salesforce projects and best practices.

Responsibilities
Basic Configuration Tasks: Learn and assist with basic configuration tasks, such as creating custom fields, page layouts, or record types under supervision. Familiarize yourself with Salesforce setup and settings
Salesforce DevOps Center: change tracking, version control, and deployments by providing a unified, click‑based pipeline for collaborative, source‑controlled releases
Monitoring and Maintenance: Help monitor system performance and user adoption metrics. Assist in routine maintenance tasks, such as checking for orphaned records or ensuring compliance with data governance policies
Shadowing and Learning: Shadow experienced team members to learn about advanced functionalities and how the CoE operates. Take notes and ask questions to deepen understanding of Salesforce and its business applications
Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and how Salesforce can support them. Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn about ongoing projects
Research and Best Practices: Conduct research on Salesforce features, tools, and best practices. Summarize findings and present them to the CoE team
Reporting and Analytics: Assist in creating basic reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators. Gather data for regular reports and help analyze trends
Data Entry and Management: Assist in updating and maintaining Salesforce records, ensuring data accuracy. Support data cleansing efforts to remove duplicates or outdated information
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field
