Responsibilities
Develop more robust systems for Veterans by building a resilient infrastructure
Build in redundancy
Implement monitoring tools
Automate wherever possible
Reduce toil by scripting routine tasks
Automating self-repair
Support your team of engineers
Act as a subject matter expert for your clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working with key indicators for IT system operability, reliability, application performance, or code quality
Experience deploying, maintaining, or troubleshooting complex applications at enterprise scale
Experience operating Linux workloads in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
Experience with CI/CD, including Git, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
Experience with CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and PagerDuty
Experience with application performance monitoring using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
Preferred
Experience with container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or AWS EKS, and container registries
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
