Responsibilities
Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting
Manage a well organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM
Collaborate with the General Manager to refine sales messaging & outbound strategies
Meet or exceed quarterly goals for opportunities generated
Qualification
Required
Some prior sales experience (internships included), ideally involving outbound outreach or customer engagement
Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
Highly-motivated and goal-oriented
Thorough critical thinker who isn't afraid to take risks and make decisions
Self-starter who independently seeks out opportunities to learn & succeed
A growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with your teammates in the relationship building process
