Responsibilities
Design and implement API integrations and enhancements using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Develop scalable, secure APIs aligned with organizational goals and best practices
Oversee API platform operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
Collaborate with IT, business units, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
Manage vendor relationships and handle escalations related to API services
Support continuous improvement initiatives and integration strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience (API management, integration development, deployment)
Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Monitoring, and DataWeave
Proficient in REST, SOAP, and web service integration protocols
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4)
MuleSoft Certified Architect – Level 1 or higher
Additional certifications in API management or cloud computing are a plus
