Responsibilities
Perform data analyses and create dashboards and visualizations using our proprietary tools and databases as well as other solutions such as Microsoft Excel, Python, and other analytic platforms
Assist in preparing clear, concise reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
Using claims data and other benefits-related information, support senior analysts and consultants in identifying trends and patterns, as well as opportunities to reduce costs or improve the quality of care
Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
Investigate and resolve data issues
Provide user support to system users at our customers and consulting partners
Collaborate with cross-functional client teams including data management, clinical experts, and product support to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Business Management or a related discipline
Familiarity with data analysis and/or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, Tableau)
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Preferred
Basic understanding of healthcare data and terminology (claims data, ICD-10, CPT codes) is a plus
