Responsibilities
Spearhead the regional sales strategy by coaching and developing distributor teams to exceed performance targets
Drive the digital evolution of the industry by accelerating the transition toward innovative subscription models
Act as a high-impact consultant for channel partners, optimizing their organizational structure and market approach through data-driven analytics
Lead high-level engagement with major accounts, delivering compelling educational presentations that showcase the Trimble Way of working
Collaborate directly with product teams to influence the future roadmap of hardware and software solutions based on real-world market intelligence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in consultative solution sales with a focus on delivering complex technical value
A degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent industry experience
Proven communicator who can build deep, influential relationships with both end-users and executive-level channel partners
Strong grasp of the construction or civil engineering domain, specifically regarding site development and infrastructure
Preferred
Previous experience in channel development or managing advanced technology distribution networks
Familiarity with TPaaS or similar subscription-based business models
