Responsibilities
Main point of contact among the Human Resources senior leaders, internal customers, employees
Support of Headquarters HR for pre-hire coordination, orientation/on-boarding of new hires, Leaves of Absence and Workday transactions
Support with invoice processing and budget tracking, as needed
Key partner for Human Resources senior leaders on projects that could include materials for presentations and/or conducting some data research or analysis
Support of HR and Communications department with various communication initiatives, including updates to HR Sharepoint content and writing articles for homepage intranet news
Assist with some Human Resources senior leaders’ calendars
Owner of Human Resources senior leaders’ expense reports
Coordination support of site activities/events, meetings and other such gatherings
Go To team member for travel and other accommodation arrangements
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate Bachelors' degree, ideally with concentration in Human Resources preferred
General administrative experience and interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Ability to multitask and adapt to project needs, with a high degree of accuracy
Time management and coordination skills
Interpersonal perceptiveness
Effective communication and organizational skills
Experience with Excel and/or PowerPoint is a plus
Must be based within commuting distance to MKS Corporate HQ in Andover, MA
Eligible to work in the United States
