Responsibilities
Support clients through full payroll processing cycles
Work within the ADP Managed Services (MS) model
Create and manage Excel-based upload files and reports
Manage and track payroll issues using the ADP service ticket application
Validate payroll results and resolve discrepancies
Assist with processing Celergo payrolls across multiple countries
Operate effectively within the Celergo service delivery model
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Remain accessible during assigned U.S. business hours (remote)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing and reporting
Proficiency in Excel and payroll data management
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively manage workload
Preferred
Proven experience supporting multinational payroll operations
Payroll certification (CPP) or equivalent professional experience
