MDM Service Desk Team Lead
Piper Companies is looking for a MDM Service Desk Team Lead to join a Managed Service provider on a contract basis. This role involves leading escalation calls, managing inquiries through CRM, and overseeing the Tier II team's escalation calls.

Responsibilities
Lead escalation calls/chats, set expectations, provide status updates, coordinate next steps, and document outcomes
Utilize CRM to record, track and manage inquiries
Review reports and follow up on pending tickets
Handle escalation calls for the Tier II team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Strong MDM technical depth
Experience with postpaid mobility carriers
