Utilize CRM to record, track and manage inquiries
Review reports and follow up on pending tickets
Handle escalation calls for the Tier II team

Qualification

MDM technical depthCustomer service experiencePostpaid mobility carriers

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Strong MDM technical depth
Experience with postpaid mobility carriers
