Responsibilities

Create and manage success metrics and leading indicators that provide a holistic understanding of the performance of key initiatives
Develop and maintain data pipelines, data collection processes, and dashboards for operational reporting and exploratory analysis, and provide training to empower stakeholders to self-serve for brand health and reputation KPIs, internal/external communications
Prepare and present reports and dashboards that measure performance for internal and external communications (social media, earned media)
Measure the impact of marketing activities using advanced analytical approaches (e.g., attribution, a/b tests, geo experiments, and incrementality models) to help inform strategies, plans, and tactics on an on-going basis
Produce actionable analyses across product/web, marketing, and programs functions to influence organizational strategy for Intuit for Education
Establish and promote best practices for reporting strategies, data visualization, data interpretation and data integrity
Communicate and influence across all levels of the organization
Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way to non-technical audiences, both in oral and written presentations
Identify opportunities for developing new data sources, and provide technical leadership around making those data sources high-quality and broadly available

Required

5+ years of experience working in a data analytics role supporting marketing and web
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics
Fluency in data analysis, including defining KPIs, statistical and predictive modeling concepts, descriptive statistics, customer segmentation, and funnel analysis
Technical proficiency in SQL
Hands-on expertise with Python and statistical modeling techniques (e.g. regression, classification, time series) to answer a wide range of measurement questions
Experience building data visualizations in Tableau or Looker
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to consistently produce accurate and error-free work even under tight deadlines

Preferred

Familiarity with market mix modeling and multi-touch attribution
Hands-on experience with web and product analytics and clickstream data to support event tracking and instrumentation (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Segment, marketing attribution)
