Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep, you will communicate client requirements and needs to our department leaders
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving product or service issues through active listening and effective problem-solving
Attract potential customers by answering questions about our products and services and suggesting additional offerings
Reach out to current and previous customers to schedule appointments for maintenance services across our various departments
Open customer accounts/subscriptions and accurately record account data for processing and billing
Make tailored recommendations of products or services based on customer needs
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell our offerings
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening, presentation, and negotiation abilities
At least 3 years of customer service sales experience
Preferred
Previous service industry experience is a plus!
Sales experience is highly valued
