Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a temporary Owner Services Coordinator at the Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge in Telluride, CO. This role involves managing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative responsibilities while providing exceptional service to Owners and guests.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Owner and Resident reservations and benefits in accordance with project documents
Serve as a primary source of information for the team, Owners, and guests while acting as a liaison with all lodge departments
Manage pre‑arrival itinerary processing
Build and maintain strong Owner relationships to foster brand and property loyalty
Utilize Owner and Resident profiles to deliver personalized, anticipatory service

Required

Previous guest service experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
Competency using a variety of computer software. Microsoft Office required, Property Management Systems an asset
Ability to be successful with and without direct supervision
