Responsibilities
Define clear project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria
Create and manage detailed project plans with milestones and timelines
Develop Statements of Work (SOW), business cases, and functional requirements
Forecast project budgets, staffing needs, and timelines, and manage performance against them
Own the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
Form and lead strong cross-functional, cross-divisional, and cross-cultural teams
Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing consistent updates and ensuring alignment
Facilitate effective communication between departments, project teams, leadership, and customers
Coach and mentor team members; provide regular feedback and support professional growth
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project health
Conduct project risk reviews and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement corrective actions efficiently
Monitor project financials, identify variances, and communicate impact to leadership
Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients
Drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals and strategic direction
Participate in the development of long-term project and portfolio strategies
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Adhere to company security, health, and safety policies
Ensure compliance with project management best practices and internal procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field required
3–5 years of experience managing medium-to-large projects in a related industry
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
Effective verbal and written communication with all organizational levels
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and project tracking tools
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or engineering services is a plus
PMP Certification preferred or actively pursuing
