Responsibilities
Processing and reviewing outgoing wire transfers and ACH payments according to approval workflows
Issuing and monitoring physical checks, including stop payments and voids
Managing fraud prevention tools (Positive Pay, ACH blocks/filters)
Performing daily bank reconciliations and resolving variances
Maintaining detailed records to support audits and compliance activities
Partnering with banking institutions to resolve issues and implement cash management enhancements
Identifying and supporting process improvements within Treasury Operations
Ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance guidelines
Demonstrating behaviors aligned with the organization's values and desired culture
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year of relevant treasury, banking, or financial operations experience
Working knowledge of banking platforms, wire processing systems, and fraud prevention tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Solid understanding of cash flow processes, bank reconciliation, and treasury best practices
