Responsibilities
Pipeline Automation: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models (e.g., using GitLab, Jenkins, Airflow)
Model Deployment: Containerize (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploy models for real-time or batch inference
Infrastructure Management: Build scalable ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, and system health; automate retraining
Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate models into software
Testing & Validation: Automate testing, validation, and version control for models and data
Optimization: Improve model performance, scalability, and resource efficiency
Documentation & Governance: Maintain records, lineage, and SOPs for compliance and audits
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 6 years of relevant experience
TS/SCI security clearance
Must be available for worldwide assignment based on mission needs at government-specified locations, including CCMD environments
