Responsibilities
Handling written discovery (both responding and propounding)
Drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions
Taking and defending depositions
Serving as second chair at trial
Traveling nationally for depositions, client meetings, and hearings
Building strong, trust‑based relationships with clients and their families
Managing cases in both state and occasional federal courts
Qualification
Required
Ability and willingness to travel nationally
Strong client-rapport and communication skills
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Litigation experience in plaintiff-side personal injury
Discovery and motion practice
Trial experience is a plus
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active admission to the California Bar
Strong judgment, empathy, and professionalism
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
