Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze wire, ACH, and cash activities to detect anomalies or irregularities, applying technical expertise and professional skepticism
Apply knowledge of NACHA, BSA/AML, OFAC, FDIC, FRB Operating Circulars, ERS Controls and State Unclaimed Property Laws to ensure operational compliance and pragmatic rule implementation
Manage sensitive processes including unclaimed property reporting, escheatment, and funds resolution, maintaining accountability across jurisdictions
Safeguard regulatory adherence through thorough audit preparation and defense, ensuring strong governance and institutional reputation
Clearly convey technical and regulatory requirements across organizational levels and external partners, supporting alignment and trust
Work closely with internal teams, affiliates, and correspondent banks, while developing documentation and procedures to strengthen institutional knowledge and compliance culture
Investigate reconciliation variances, process inefficiencies, and operational challenges, applying quantitative analysis to support Treasury objectives
Drive continuous improvement by reimagining workflows, leveraging technology, and maintaining composure under high-volume, time-sensitive conditions

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (at least 5 years in banking or financial services)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
Familiarity with journal entries, general ledger systems, and treasury-related platforms (PEP+, FedLine, TrackPro) is advantageous
Demonstrated record of balancing multiple priorities and achieving consistent results
