Responsibilities
Perform and certify the completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements
Ensure timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork
Provide consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates
Collaborate and communicate effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists
Partner with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process
Certify an overall successful candidate onboarding experience
Verify complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities
Exhibit organization across all tasks and demonstrate full ability to follow processes
Consistently meet coordinating metrics
Provide education as needed on the onboarding process
Identify process improvement initiatives and provide solutions
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
Qualification
Required
0 - 1 years of experience in data entry
Proficiency in data entry and onboarding processes
Good communication skills over the phone and email
Quick learner with the ability to adapt
Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Internet, and email
Energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficiency in the English language may be required
