Executive Assistant
Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking an Executive Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves supporting fundraising and governance activities, coordinating board meetings, and serving as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Fund Development Coordinator to support fundraising and governance activities
Coordinates and supports board meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and tracking meeting minutes
Interacts with donors and fundraising partners during events and serves as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Work with other departments and residents at varying functional levels
Handle all tasks with flexibility, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant required
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrates independence, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and teamwork
Must be of good moral character and demonstrate leadership ability, patience, tact, enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive, professional demeanor
Preferred
Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred
Bachelor's degree from a business school, accredited college, or university preferred
