Responsibilities
Support and scale a new, fast-moving application
Build data-driven insights and analytics capabilities
Design and develop custom dashboards and reporting solutions
Deliver full end-to-end value for users through custom-built solutions
Contribute to a flexible platform that supports custom modules and BI integrations, including out-of-the-box BI components
Actively apply AI tools in real-world development scenarios
Qualification
Required
7+ years of software engineering experience building end-to-end applications
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and full-stack development
Proven experience designing scalable microservices
Cloud-native development experience, with up to 5 years on AWS
Experience with S3, EMR, and serverless architectures
4+ years of experience with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop
Strong ability to bridge user-facing applications with large-scale data platforms
Strong SQL skills (3+ years) for data analysis and performance optimization
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl
Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day development
Ability to incorporate AI capabilities into software solutions to improve functionality and productivity
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
