They are seeking a dynamic and polished Managing Director to lead the pre-opening and launch phases of the hotel, managing all operations to maximize profits while delivering a sophisticated guest experience.

Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of the hotel opening, including staff recruitment, training, and the implementation of core values
Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the implementation of service standards, personalized experiences, and swift resolution of any issues
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals through regular financial analysis
Maintain a seamless operation by overseeing all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, while following sustainability guidelines
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel and advance within the organization
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role in a hotel
Proven experience in a hotel opening, specifically within a lifestyle property
Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop budgets and manage performance
Ability to set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
