Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with IBDP/ IGCSE standards for Biology and ESS
Foster inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students
Plan and implement rigorous units of work that integrate global contexts and real-world applications
Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform teaching
Analyze student data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement
Maintain high expectations for behavior and academic performance
Create a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding achievement and wellbeing
Contribute actively to the wider school community and extracurricular programs
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field; Master's degree preferred
Teaching certification and experience with the IB Diploma Programme
Strong understanding of interdisciplinary learning and sustainability concepts
