Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries through a dedicated investor servicing inbox, providing accurate and timely responses
Ensure timely and accurate posting of investor documents to the investor portal, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements
Work with the team to manage the CRM (salesforce) and investor portal (eFront) to track and monitor investor activities, as well as keep data accurate and up to date
Assist in the processing of capital calls, distributions, and other transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
Help ensure all investor communications and data adhere to internal policy and procedures
Collaborate with broader finance teams to ensure a seamless investor experience, including working with treasury, fund accounting, data & reporting and other broader teams
Support onboarding of new investors and any evolutions of investor servicing processes
Support completion and delivery of investor DDQs
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of operational or financial service experience in the fund accounting industry
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM applications
Ability to think from a process improvement perspective
Strong attention to detail with good time management, the ability to multi-task, analytical skills, and organization
Ability to efficiently communicate through oral and written communication
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Previous experience in Private Equity
Previous experience with tech implementations
