New Hire Trainer
Russell Cellular is a Verizon Premium Retailer focused on providing the best wireless experience to customers. As a New Hire Trainer, you will prepare field team members through daily webinars and the development of training content, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in selling Verizon products and services.

Responsibilities
Host and facilitate webinar training to all Field New Hires Onboarded
Host and facilitate training webinars for company initiatives, updates and individual/district training opportunities
Create facilitation aids (PowerPoints, mentimeters, polls, quizzes…etc), and training programs with training team
Maintain knowledge of updates to Russell Cellular and Verizon policy, procedures, systems, promotions
Assist in the development and implementation of training paths in our LMS
Collaborate with other Russell Cellular departments and partners to host/create training
Provide feedback on projects/training initiatives for training programs
Assist with updating and refreshing the training curriculum
Maintain a dashboard of all project statuses, completion goals, backlog items
Proof learning documents and resources, including reports
Help users troubleshoot issues with the webinars platform
Drive engagement in the systems and ensure measurement across your area/company
Demonstrates a flexible, adaptive, and responsive approach to the needs of the learner
Engage in continual learning to strengthen personal knowledge
Record training videos
Partner with SME’s to assist in personal development
Visit local stores to maintain knowledge of sales process and day in the life of a field team member
Qualification
Required
Previous or current sales experience
Passion for teaching and training others
Experience in training adult learners
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in team projects
Organized, resourceful, and positive
Adaptable and open to feedback
Commitment to integrity and providing an excellent employee experience
