Responsibilities
Day to day front-line business process support through managing requests and meeting SLAs
Applying critical thinking to troubleshooting issues, proactively identify and develop new ideas / innovations that will add value to the FMD business and team
Data quality management and analysis to ensure exceptional data quality and reporting
Support strong data governance and management to ensure application security is compliant
Liaise with business group representatives and stakeholder across the FMD business to gather, review and define new requirements
Execute ongoing release management to continuously enhance the ERP solution
Define and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation
Performs the analysis, design, and implementation of the Fairbanks Morse Defense ERP systems
Responsible for the maintenance and effectiveness of the ERP systems
Participates in cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects
Writing of detailed functional requirements specifications for projects
Coordinate internal system release testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to facilitate effective and organized issue resolution
Develop and deliver effective training programs to ensure awareness and effectiveness of available ERP tools & processes
Creating documentation and work instructions related to changes and assisting in communicating updates to the ERP business user field
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS, Jobscope, SysPro, Infor Visual, Infor LN CloudSuite or a comparable ERP system
Experience creating and customizing business and technical documentation for varying audiences
Working knowledge of SQL Server, SQL is a plus
Ability to effectively manage expectations at multiple levels of an organization
Experience working on projects in an enterprise environment, ideally in different roles, analyst, tester, and/or project lead
Able to influence decision making through analysis
Experience with Agile development methodologies, as well as more traditional structured approaches
A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work-related experience
This position requires access or potential access to Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information, which is Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals (NOFORN) data. Therefore, to meet NOFORN requirement, you will have to provide proof of US Citizenship and attest that you do not have dual citizenship. Acceptable proof of US Citizenship is a US Passport, US Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate

Preferred
Experience integrating ERP(s) to Salesforce using SnapLogic (or comparable middleware) is preferred
Familiarity with Cherwell or ServiceNow is preferred
