Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm smile
Manage waitlist and reservations efficiently
Answer incoming calls from guests and assist with general inquiries, reservations, takeout orders as needed
Assist with guest requests or accommodations such as seating preferences, high chairs, or any additional special requests
Support takeout/pick up orders as needed
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of host stand, entrances, menus, and guest areas throughout shift
Utilize technology such as SevenRooms to seat guests
Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 2 years in a host/hostess role
Experience working with SevenRooms
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
