Responsibilities

Deploy various prospecting approaches across target accounts
Contact potential customers and share the Workday value messaging
Discover the needs of the prospect and their organization
Drive a valuable pipeline by identifying interested and qualified potential buyers
Help champion the relationship between the account and their Workday Account Executive

Required

Have earned a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university between May 2025 - January 2026 to qualify for our early career program
Have less than one (1) year of professional or industry-specific experience
Are available to start a position on February 23, 2026 and report in-person to your assigned office

Preferred

Shown experience or internships preferred in prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, direct sales, or IT consulting
Prior internship, coursework, or relevant project experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or similar. Participation in sales competitions or programs preferred
Interest in areas such as prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, entrepreneurship, marketing, direct sales, or IT consulting
Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo a plus
