Responsibilities
Support firmwide marketing initiatives by developing marketing collateral, resumes, project sheets, and qualifications packages
Assist with brand-building efforts including presentations, internal and external communications, and special marketing initiatives
Help maintain marketing databases, templates, and content libraries to support efficient pursuit delivery
Maintain company certifications
Mine sales opportunities, maintain sales pipeline, and conduct opportunity research
Partner closely with internal teams across construction management, program management, and leadership to gather information and refine messaging
Manage multiple pursuits and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, and best practices to enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality
Craft cohesive proposal narratives that align team strategy, project experience, and client needs
Produce visually polished, well-organized materials that meet Citadel’s brand standards and elevate overall proposal quality
Monitor logo/branding
Maintain company website
Maintain social media feeds
As-needed support in business development functions
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience as a Marketing & Proposal Specialist
10-15 years of experience as Sr. Marketing & Proposal Specialist is required, some of which in the architecture/engineering or construction management industry
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and CRM software is required
Proficiency with MS Office Suite software is required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required
Excellent organizational skills are required
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain discretion is required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, Journalism, English, or related field preferred
Valid and current driver's license and automobile insurance
Preferred
Some experience with AI & automation
Deltek or Unanet/Cosential proficiency
