Service Now Program Manager

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong ITIL and digital transformation background
Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
PMP or PgMP, ITIL V3/4, Product Owner Certification
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and workflows
Experience with integrations and data migration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced module expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine Studio
