Responsibilities

Assemble and help prepare the necessary documents, such as the Release of Lien once the loan is paid off
Act as an intermediatory between lender, title companies, closing attorney and CBRE vendor
Ensure all processes comply with legal standards, regulations, and company policies
Respond to inquiries from borrowers, attorneys, title companies and other departments regarding lien release status
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or missing information in loan files
Keep accurate and organized records of all processed loan releases and update internal systems and logs
Preparing and handling courier packages related to lien release

Required

Bachelor's degree with minimum 2-5 years of prior experience in lien release, loan operations and/or mortgage processing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with commercial loan documentation requirements and regulations
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
