Sr. Technical Product Manager, Amazon Leo Antenna

The Senior Product Manager - Tech will drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap for innovative products and services, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and manage the product lifecycle from inception to launch.

Responsibilities
Manage the product line life cycle from inception to launch
Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct on-going customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize feature requirements
Understand and synthesize wired and wireless technologies to define leading edge products for our customers
Be a passionate advocate for the customer; provide the voice of the customer
Inspire the team with the product vision, and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life
Write detailed business and product requirement documents and define use cases, features, and KPIs and drive tradeoff discussions and decisions with the development teams
Create the business case and write strategy docs. Determine the product ASIN and release strategy
Serve as the product expert assisting marketing with product collateral, presentations, whitepapers and participating with business development in customer meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Preferred
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
