Our client, Apex Systems, is seeking a talented, customer-focused UX/UI designer to join their experimentation software design team for a six-month contract. The role involves delivering clean, web-ready designs and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
UX/UI design for high stakes, high value internal tooling with tens of thousands of users
Write high quality copy as needed to facilitate usability
Creating a unified, highly functional vision based on requirements from multiple stakeholders
Ability to set a north-star ideal vision and a prioritized, phased plan to iterate towards it
Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Online portfolio of work
7+ years industry experience providing interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), UX/UI Design or equivalent professional experience
Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment
Excellent Figma skills
Proficient in Javascript/HTML/CSS
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience building UX/UI that integrates AI is a plus
Experience working with data and statistics a plus
