$18/hr - $18/hrRiver Valley Cooperative is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Operations Intern team. The role involves assisting the Operations team with grain management, equipment maintenance, and utilizing heavy machinery to support the needs of member-owners.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain all equipment and vehicles (sprayers, elevators, spreaders, trucks, etc.)
Mixing, loading and application of pesticides/fertilizers
Handle incoming and outgoing grain, if necessary, weigh and test the grain
Assist in keeping all equipment and facilities in good order. Assist the mechanic with major repairs, paint equipment and facilities, and perform other maintenance duties as directed. Assist in the movement and accounting of inventory
Utilize heavy machinery, such as an end loader or skid steer
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills required
Valid Driver's License Required
Preferred
Ag retail experience preferred
