Responsibilities
Inputting, processing and tracking customer orders
Frequent, clear communication with customers to give updates, address concerns and answer questions
Consistent, positive interaction and collaboration with other departments
Inputting and processing new item and new vendor paperwork
General day-to-day sales and administrative support
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Organization and stellar time management skills are a must
Written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently within strict deadlines
Positive demeanor, team player
Accuracy and keen attention to detail
Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required; experience with HubSpot is a plus
Proficiency in basic math skills
Preferred
Minimum of 1 year commitment preferred
Bachelor's Degree completed or in progress preferred
