Verify and audit documents to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards
Process forms, reports, and transactions while maintaining high-quality and timely results
Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and supporting documentation for management and clients
Research and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring efficient follow-up to meet service level goals
Handle confidential company information according to policy and guidelines
