Lead generation to identify potential business opportunities
Maintaining and managing relationships with existing clients
Building a customer base
Executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Addressing client needs and providing outstanding customer service
Representing Pullman Yards at various business events and meetings
Managing client accounts
Fostering sustainable professional relationships to support long-term success
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Lead Generation and Account Management in Event Sales
Exceptional Communication and Relationship Building skills
Strong Customer Service expertise
Strategic and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and create tailored solutions
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
Preferred
Previous experience in B2B sales, event sales, or hospitality is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
