Responsibilities
Partner with the Compliance team to understand regulatory expectations and translate them into clear operational processes and guidance
Document procedures, develop training materials, and maintain resources that support compliance performance across consumer finance operations
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and directional support to internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent compliance alignment
Independently manage small projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance-related tasks
Coordinate, schedule, and lead meetings with external partners to communicate compliance requirements, review performance, and address gaps
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies and contributing to compliance risk mitigation strategies
Serve as a liaison between operational teams and Compliance to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or related operational support roles with exposure to compliance practices
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively manage tasks and priorities
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow structured processes accurately
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships
Ability to facilitate training, provide clear guidance, and support both internal and external partners on compliance requirements
Preferred
some college coursework or professional background in finance, compliance, or business
Prior experience in banking, finance, or compliance environments is highly preferred
