Social Media Manager
Confidential is an agency seeking a Social Media Manager to lead social strategy and execution. The role involves managing client accounts in healthcare, internal brand social, and supporting paid media efforts across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain brand strategy per account
Define content pillars, messaging hierarchy, and CTA architecture
Translate business goals into social media content calendars
Introduce weekly content that drives patient action
Maintain brand voice and clinical credibility
Manage publishing schedules across platforms
Understand paid media and support it confidently (review performance, improve and make creative recommendations based on the results, identify what’s working and scale it quickly)
Coordinate with creative and internal stakeholders
Strong design and aesthetic instincts: you know what looks premium vs amateur instantly; understand brand alignment, can spot weak creative fast, and elevate it
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing social media (agency experience preferred)
Proven ability to build strategy + calendars, not just posting
Strong short-form instincts (hooks, storytelling, retention)
Strong copywriting and creative direction skills
Comfortable managing multiple brands and timelines
Working knowledge of Meta platforms (IG/FB)
Working knowledge of YouTube
Working knowledge of TikTok
Working knowledge of Reddit
Working knowledge of Trustpilot (strong plus)
Working knowledge of paid media fundamentals
Meta Ads Manager familiarity
YouTube/Google Ads creative considerations
Basic ad metrics and iteration thinking
Preferred
Healthcare social media experience
Podcast clipping and distribution systems
Founder-led brand experience
Paid creative testing experience (multiple hooks, multiple angles, multiple CTAs)
