Responsibilities
Provide support of Sentry Middleware work stream managing both the technical and financial aspects of the partnership, coordinating studio onboarding, feedback collection, and brokering relationships with external partners
Technical Project manager to assist with driving scope for middleware effort
Manage relationship with Sentry, an external crash reporting partner, and potentially other middleware providers in the future. Key responsibilities include acting as the main interface between client and Sentry, coordinating studio onboarding, facilitating trials, collecting and prioritizing feedback, compiling feature requests, and ensuring studios get value from Sentry and related tools
Qualification
Required
Technical Project management experience
Experience in developer relations
Third-party partner management experience
Technical understanding of crash reporting (especially in games)
Stakeholder management experience
Prior gaming experience
Experience with Jira
Preferred
Experience with developer tools
Experience in the gaming industry
