Responsibilities

Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities
Leverage existing relationships to accelerate pipeline
Present and position VideoEngager’s AI-powered video CX solutions
Manage full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in HubSpot
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to support onboarding and expansion

Required

5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (2018+ preferred)
Prior experience with platforms such as Genesys, Five9, Talkdesk, Zendesk, Verint, or Salesforce
Established enterprise network in one or more of: Banking, Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance, Education, Professional / one-to-one consulting
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Experience using HubSpot
Familiarity with CCaaS, CRM, video, or AI-driven SaaS solutions
Self-directed, disciplined, and effective in a remote environment
